Our platform is not responsible for any financial loss incurred during or as a result of using our services. We do not provide any loss compensation.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may raise a refund request. However, please note that we can only return a balance equivalent to your unconsumed credits. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
We strive to continuously improve. Any feedback on your experience is highly appreciated! We occasionally reward users at our discretion if we determine that a user was significantly impacted by a feature issue, or if a user suggests a new feature that becomes a valuable asset for the platform.
