Job searching is slow. We built a shortcut.
Most job seekers spend more time on applications than they should. Reading listings that aren't a fit, retyping the same resume details, tweaking cover letters for roles that go nowhere. Pilotply cuts through that — so you spend your energy on jobs worth chasing.
Why this exists
Applying for jobs is genuinely tedious work. You open a listing, try to decide if you're a fit by skimming the requirements, and if it looks okay, you spend twenty minutes filling a form that asks for everything already on your resume. Do that ten times a day and it adds up fast.
Pilotply started from that frustration. The idea was simple: what if you could see a match score before you clicked through? What if the form just filled itself? That's what we built — a Chrome extension that sits on LinkedIn, scores every job you see against your resume, and handles the repetitive parts of applying.
We're not trying to replace the human part of job searching. The conversations, the judgment calls, the interviews — those are yours. We just handle the parts that don't need a human.
What Pilotply actually does
Four things, done well. No feature bloat, no upsell maze.
Resume scoring, per job
Every LinkedIn listing gets scored against your actual resume — not a generic checklist. You see a number. You decide if it's worth applying.
Application auto-fill
Build your profile once. Pilotply fills every ATS field from that profile — name, experience, education, the works — so you're not retyping the same information for the hundredth time.
CV tailoring
When a job is a strong match, Pilotply rewrites your resume bullets to mirror what the role actually asks for. The content is still yours — the language just lines up better.
Application tracking
Every job you score or apply to gets logged automatically. No more spreadsheets to maintain, no more "wait, did I already apply to this one?"
How it works
Three steps and you're running.
Upload your resume and fill your profile
Takes about five minutes. This is the data Pilotply uses for scoring and auto-fill. You do it once.
Browse LinkedIn jobs normally
Install the extension, go to LinkedIn, and keep searching the way you always have. A score appears on each listing — no extra clicks required.
Apply where it counts
On strong matches, let Pilotply fill the application form and tailor your CV bullets. Review, adjust if needed, submit.
What we won't claim
We'd rather be straight with you than oversell.
We're not a job board
Pilotply doesn't have listings. We work on top of LinkedIn, where you're already searching.
We can't guarantee interviews
A higher match score means your resume fits the job description better. That helps. It doesn't replace a strong background or a good referral.
The AI tailoring is a starting point
We rewrite bullets based on what the job asks for. You should still read them before submitting. You know your own work better than we do.
We're a small team
This is a real product built by a small team, not a VC-backed company with 200 engineers. Things break sometimes. We fix them fast.
Where we're headed
The goal is simple: make applying for jobs take a fraction of the time it does today — without making it feel robotic or impersonal on the other end.
We're building toward a world where a job seeker can focus entirely on preparing for conversations, not on paperwork. The logistics — scoring, filling, tracking — should be invisible. We're not there yet, but that's the direction.
